Yoga is for every age, every body type, everyone.  It takes you on a journey from your first class, transforming your body and mind. Yoga is called a practice because it is something we are always learning from.  It is an opportunity for limitless possibilites.     

     
We all set goals in life.  We can not reach a goal in one quick step, it takes careful planning, the proper tools, hard work, and patience.  This translates to the practice of yoga as well.  As we gradually strengthen and stretch the body, bringing our attention to the breath, the building blocks begin falling into place.  We find a discipline within yoga and within ourselves to work mindfully and patiently to our goal.
